This depends on finding a suitable companion. If trekking into Africa appeals to you, you are of sober habits, good company, intelligent, handy, can do or help with any of the following: change a tire, fix a puncture, dig a stuck vehicle out of the sand, read a GPS, share driving a 4x4, set up camp, make a meal, know a few things about first aid and your passport is in order, then let’s talk. I have a fully equipped 80 series Landcruiser and Xplorer caravan, sitting in my driveway gathering dust. I'd like to do a trip into Botswana, Namibia or Mozambique soon.
